A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

THE BUYER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY SALES TAX BASED ON YOUR COUNTY OF RESIDENCE. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE 14% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER. 

Auction for excess inventory, all vehicles sold "as is where is" no warranty expressed or implied.  Details provided to best of our ability.  Inspection times listed and paperwork to be done in person.  Valid ID required.  Sales tax will be collected as 2.9% state unless exempt.  Charge cards will be charged 3% extra
